Once that’s mixed together, fill the glass most of the way with ice. Pour in the light rum and watermelon juice (juice from a watermelon🍉 and fill the glass with club soda. Garnish with a sprig of mint and/or a wedge of watermelon, and sip sip sip. Omit rum for mocktail version.
White Peach Sangria
So here’s how you do it: If you do not have peach flavored vodka you can substitute regular vodka + peach schnapps. If using fresh peaches, slice and add to a serving pitcher but if you are using frozen, just open the bag and dump them all in, about 2 cups, no need to thaw! Then add the peach flavored vodka (or vodka + peach schnapps) and the entire bottle of wine. Use white grape juice instead of wine and omit vodka for mocktail.

Blueberry Mint Julep
So here’s how you do it: Combine sugar 1/3 cup, 1/3 cup water and 1 bunch of mint leaves together in a small saucepan and heat over high heat until boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low and cook for another minute or so, then set aside to cool completely. Remove mint before using. In a blender, combine 1/2 cup blueberries and mint simple syrup until pureed. Combine 2 ounces of bourbon, mint simple syrup (or plain if you can’t find mint flavored), mint blueberry puree together and shake or stir really well. Pour over crushed iced and serve with extra mint leaves. Just omit the Bourbon for a mocktail.
