During stressful times, it can be challenging to not worry and \/ or become anxious. When our problems seem overwhelming, sometimes it’s helpful to step away and do something distracting.
People turn to many different things to help them relieve stress such exercising and/or reading, which I do these activities as well BUT some of us crafty creative people turn to home and DIY projects too because they can equally be mentally soothing. Truly, any craft or hobby that you enjoy can provide stress relief and I have listed a few that I do or would love to do below. I hope you find something on here that will help you destress too!
